DHA Exam Booking (Prometric)

Tell us your profession and send your passport copy. We check your exam category and your details, you choose a date and a test centre from the open slots, and we book the slot with you. The confirmation comes from Prometric.

No. For DHA you can take the Prometric exam first, followed by Dataflow and eligibility, or complete Dataflow first, followed by eligibility and the exam. In our cases, the full order is: the Sheryan account, Dataflow or the exam, the eligibility certificate, then a job, and finally your employer's HR activates the licence.

No. A new eligibility ID is not needed for DHA after a first attempt at the Prometric exam.

There are no fixed DHA exam dates. Once your exam is open, you choose a date and a test centre from the open Prometric slots. Tell us the city and the dates that suit you and we tell you what is available.

Three in total, with no waiting time between them. After a third fail, DHA does not accept an application for 2 years. Across DHA, DOH and MOHAP the unified rule is three attempts, and one last attempt may be granted with a different authority. In our cases, after the last failed attempt the options are to change the authority or to wait 2 years.

It depends on the title: for example registered nurse 50%, general practitioner, pharmacist and general dentist 60%, radiographer 55%, consultant 70%. DHA may change these without notice and does not share the candidate's score. (DHA exam guideline, checked October 2026.)

DHA releases it on Sheryan as pass or fail; the test centre does not show it. In our cases, the result shows on Sheryan the next day.

Yes. The coaching is a 45-day online programme with recorded classes and 3 to 4 live sessions a week. The coaching and the booking are handled by the same team.

For the booking we need your passport copy. If your exam registration is not done yet, we also need: educational certificates and transcripts; professional licence or registration certificate; good Standing Certificate, recently issued; passport-size photo; experience certificate; internship certificate.
