Who needs a college verification?
Anyone whose course in India has to be confirmed by the college or university itself.
Nurses applying abroad
The NMBI in Ireland, and CGFNS (now TruMerit) and ERES in the USA, ask the college to confirm your course on their own form.
WES for Canada
World Education Services needs your university to verify your degree for the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
Transcripts, certificates and duplicates
You need a transcript, a convocation certificate or a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate from your college or university, or a duplicate of a lost certificate from a Kerala or Karnataka university.
Germany, Italy, Singapore and Canada
Nurses from every state going to Germany, Italy, Singapore or Canada (NNAS, ICES, IQAS, the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta) need their college or university to confirm their documents. We handle it from all 28 states.

I lost my degree certificate. Can you get a duplicate?
Yes, from universities in Kerala and Karnataka. A duplicate needs a police report (FIR) of the loss, a newspaper advertisement, an affidavit and a copy of the old certificate if you have one. It usually takes 1 to 2 months.
What is a college verification?
Your college or university confirms your course to an authority abroad, usually on that authority's own form. The NMBI, CGFNS and WES ask for it.
Which documents are needed for a college verification?
Your degree or diploma certificate, the mark sheets of every year, the course completion certificate, a transcript copy, your SSLC and Plus Two certificates, a passport copy and the verification form of the authority. Some colleges also ask for the syllabus.
Do I have to go to my college?
No. Send us the documents by mail or courier, or bring them to a branch. We take them to the college or university and follow it up.
