Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or engage Trueway International, a brand of Adsomia India Private Limited ("Trueway", "we"), for a service. By using the site or asking us to start work, you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

What we do, and what we don't

Trueway provides independent documentation support and is not affiliated with any council, embassy or government authority.

We help you prepare, check, submit and track documents for attestation, apostille, police clearance, council good standing and verification, Dataflow, and related services, and we run exam coaching. We act on your instructions and on your behalf.

The decisions belong to the authorities. Universities, councils, government departments, embassies, police authorities and verification bodies decide whether to accept, approve or verify a document, how long that takes, and what they charge. We cannot promise any outcome or timeline that depends on them.

Your responsibilities

• Give us genuine documents and accurate, complete information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
• Check the checklist and application details we share with you before we submit.
• Make sure you have the right to share any third-party documents you give us.
• Pay the agreed fees on time.

We will not process documents we believe are forged, altered or obtained improperly, and where the law requires, we will report them to the relevant authority. Delays or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

Quotes, fees and payment

• Before we start, we give you a quote that shows our service fee separately from fees charged by authorities, couriers and other third parties.
• Authority and third-party fees are set by them and may change. If they change before we pay them, we will tell you before going ahead.
• Payment terms: services are fully prepaid. The full amount on the quote is paid before we start work.
• Prices include or exclude GST as stated on the quote. Our GSTIN: 32AATCA7745A1ZQ.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a service, we refund our service charge within 40 days.

Fees already paid to an authority, embassy, courier or other third party cannot be refunded by us once they have been paid.

Your documents

• We keep original documents in secure storage while they are with us and use them only for the service you asked for.
• We return originals when the service is complete, by hand at our office or by courier to the address you give us. Please collect or confirm a delivery address within 15 days of completion.
• Documents in transit are handled by courier partners under their own terms. Trueway is not responsible for loss or damage in transit; that risk stays with you.

Exam coaching

• Course content, schedules and enrolment terms are set out when you enrol. We tell you in advance about any change to a batch or its schedule.
• Results depend on your own preparation and on the exam body. We do not promise that you will pass.
• Course materials are for your personal use and must not be copied or shared.

Using this website

• The information on this site is general guidance, not legal or immigration advice. See our Disclaimer.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or send unlawful or misleading content through it.
• The site's text, design and images belong to Trueway or are used with permission. Names of authorities and other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services we support.
• Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows:

• our total liability for any service is limited to the service fee you paid us for it, excluding authority and third-party fees
• we are not liable for decisions, delays, fee changes or errors by authorities, embassies, couriers or other third parties
• we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lost job offer, visa or travel booking

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. The version in force when you engaged us applies to that service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts at Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
