Do I need a Good Standing Certificate?
It depends on the authority. In the Dataflow lists we work with for allied health staff, DHA, HAAD and MOH ask for a Good Standing Certificate. Others can ask for it at another stage, so we confirm for your case before you start.
Is Trueway a recruitment agency?
No. Trueway is an independent documentation support service: council, verification, Dataflow, attestation, PCC, exam booking and coaching. We do not offer jobs or placements, and a company using a similar name to offer jobs is not connected with us.
Can I complete Dataflow while still working full-time?
Yes. Document uploads, case tracking and follow-ups with your college and previous employers are handled online, and we send you status updates on WhatsApp.
Do I need to visit a Trueway branch in person?
No. You're welcome at any of our branches, but most steps can be started and managed remotely through WhatsApp, online upload and courier.
How are my original certificates handled?
