NNAS, National Nursing Assessment Service (Canada)
NNAS Documents for Indian Nurses: School, Council and Employer Forms
NNAS, the National Nursing Assessment Service, is where internationally educated nurses start for Canada. Most of its documents must come from third parties, not from you: your nursing school, the councils that licensed you and your employers. We take each NNAS form to your school, council and hospital, follow them up and keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about NNAS.
Which forms does NNAS need from India?
The Nursing Education Form from your nursing school, with your transcripts and syllabus; the Nursing Registration Form from your council; and the Nursing Practice/Employment Form from each nursing employer of the last five years. Each is sent directly to NNAS.
Which councils must send the registration form?
NNAS's website asks for the authorities that issued your first and current nursing licences; its applicant handbook asks for every authority that ever licensed you. Your NNAS account lists the forms your application needs. For most Indian nurses the first licence is the home state council, such as KNMC.
