The authority, not Prometric, releases the result. SCFHS shows it on Mumaris+ (within 14 working days; SNLE and SMLE 2 to 6 weeks after the window). DHA releases it on Sheryan within 2 working days. MOHAP shows Pass or Fail at 60%.

After a Prometric exam, the result does not come from Prometric: each health authority decides how and when it is released. This guide sets out, authority by authority, where you see your result, how long it takes and what the pass mark is.

The result is the authority's, not Prometric's

Prometric says it plainly: how scores are reported, and when, is decided by the organisation that owns the exam. So the answer depends on your authority. Whatever paper you get at the centre, keep it: Prometric cannot issue a replacement certificate or score letter.

Saudi Arabia (SCFHS)

  • Where: on your Mumaris+ account.
  • When: Prometric's SCFHS page says within 7 to 10 working days; SCFHS's own FAQ says approval takes at most 14 working days. For the Saudi licensing exams (SNLE for nurses, SMLE for doctors), results come 2 to 6 weeks after the end of the testing window, not on the day.
  • In our cases: the result usually shows on Mumaris+ within 2 days of the exam.
  • What you get for the SNLE and SMLE: a statement of results and a feedback report.
  • Pass scores: on a scale of 200 to 800, 500 for the SNLE and 560 for the SMLE. For the other exams it depends on the exam.
  • Rescoring: if you failed, you can ask for a rescore within two weeks of the result, with the form on the SCFHS site. An administration fee applies.

Dubai (DHA)

  • At the centre: Prometric gives a letter on your strengths and weaknesses. It does not show the result.
  • Where: DHA releases the result only on Sheryan.
  • When: within 2 working days for the computer-based exam. In our cases, it usually shows on Sheryan the next day.
  • Score: DHA does not give the score or a review of topics.
  • Validity: a pass is valid for one year from the result.
  • Questions: DHA asks candidates to write to info@dha.gov.ae.

UAE Ministry of Health (MOHAP)

  • Result: Pass or Fail, processed automatically.
  • Pass mark: 60%.
  • Individual questions and answers are not disclosed. MOHAP does not publish when or where the result appears: watch your MOHAP account.

Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain

AuthorityPass mark
Qatar (DHP)50% for nurses, midwives and allied health; 60% for GPs, general dentists and pharmacists; 65% for specialty exams
Kuwait (MOH)60% for GPs, registered nurses and lab technicians; for specialty exams, 65% at registrar level and 70% at senior level
Bahrain (NHRA)60% for all exams
Pass marks from the authority's or Prometric's page for each country, read 13 Oct 2026.

None of these three authorities publishes how or when the result is released. For Qatar, in our cases, you get the result at the test centre after the exam, or by email the same day. For Kuwait and Bahrain, we tell you where to look for your case.

Exams that are not at Prometric

  • DOH (Abu Dhabi): taken with Pearson VUE. The result shows on TAMM as PASS or FAIL, within 24 hours for a computer-based exam. See the DOH exam guide.
  • OMSB (Oman): taken with Pearson VUE. The result is emailed within 24 hours.

The Saudi SNLE and SMLE results come 2 to 6 weeks after the testing window.
