The Azerbaijan PCC processing timeline through the Embassy route is up to two months from the date of correct submission. The application goes from the Azerbaijan Embassy in New Delhi via the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Main Directorate for Operational and Statistical Information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, where the criminal record check is conducted. The certificate is then returned to the embassy for collection.

The Azerbaijan Police Clearance Certificate is issued only in the Azerbaijani language. If the country or authority where you are submitting it requires the document in English or another language, an official certified translation must be obtained after the certificate is received.

Step 1 — Document Review
You send us scanned copies of all required documents. Our team verifies the application letter content, passport copies with Azerbaijan visa stamps, stay permit copies, fingerprint card quality, and the authorization letter before the application is prepared.
