An employer or authority abroad may ask for your experience certificate to be attested in India. Like other personal documents it goes through a notary, the state (the Home Department or the SDM), and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), then the embassy or the apostille. For nurses and other healthcare workers this is separate from Dataflow, which needs no attested documents. We check the certificate, take it through each office and keep you updated on WhatsApp.

The route of an experience certificate
In Kerala a private institution's certificate also needs a district countersignature.
A notary public attests it first.

In Kerala, a private institution's certificate is countersigned by the district authority first, such as the District Medical Officer for a private hospital. Trueway does not control these steps. Step 5: The MEA attests it, or adds the apostille
AuthorityThe Ministry of External Affairs attests the document on the signature of the state office before it: an apostille for a country in the Apostille Convention, MEA attestation for the others.
Step 6: The embassy, or back to you
TruewayFor a country outside the Apostille Convention we take the document on to its embassy in India. Then we return it to you at a branch or by courier.
