Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Trueway International collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website, enquiries you send us through it, and the documentation services we provide to you.

Who we are

Trueway International, a brand of Adsomia India Private Limited, provides independent documentation support for people studying, working or moving abroad. We decide how your personal data is used for these purposes, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for:

• the service you need, the country you are in now and your destination
• your profession and when you need the documents
• your full name, your WhatsApp number and your preferred language

The form never asks for ID or passport numbers. Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to send them. When you press Send my enquiry, your answers are also saved in our enquiry system so an advisor can reply.

When you talk to us

We keep the messages, call notes and emails you exchange with us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, so we can follow up on your request.

When you use our services

To carry out a service you ask for, we need copies or originals of your documents. Depending on the service, these can include educational certificates and mark sheets, your passport, registration and good standing details from your council, employment records, and details needed for police clearance or verification applications. We collect only what the service requires, and we tell you what it is before you send it.

Automatically, when you browse the website

• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, the page that sent you here, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Cookies and analytics.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical request data to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it, and why

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share your data only as far as each purpose needs:

• The authorities your application goes to, such as universities, councils, state and central government departments, embassies and police authorities, when you ask us to submit or verify documents.
• Courier and logistics partners that move your documents: DTDC, DHL, India Post and The Professional Couriers.
• Our branch offices, and our tie-up and associate partners in India and in other countries, that handle part of a service when your application needs them.
• Service providers that work for us, under contract and only on our instructions:
  • website hosting (Vercel Inc., servers outside India)
  • our enquiry and customer records system: Supabase
  • email delivery: Gmail (Google)
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), when you choose to message us there
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Google reviews shown on this site), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), as described below
• Anyone the law requires us to disclose to.

Transfers outside India

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside India, and many services involve sending your documents to authorities, or to our tie-up and associate partners, in your destination country. We transfer data abroad only where Indian law permits it, and we ask providers and partners to protect it to the standard this policy describes.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a service: 365 days, then deleted.
• Records of services we provide: 365 days, so we can answer follow-up questions from you or an authority.
• Accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
• Original documents are returned to you when the service is complete. Copies are deleted at the end of the retention period above.

How we protect it

We restrict access to your documents to the staff handling your case, keep originals in secure storage while they are with us, and use providers that encrypt data in transit. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with
• correct or complete it if it is wrong or incomplete
• delete it, unless we must keep it by law or to finish a service you asked for
• withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before, but we may not be able to continue a service that depends on it.
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot do so yourself

To use any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below. We will reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use:

• Necessary cookies that make the site work, for example to remember your answers while you fill in the enquiry form.
• Analytics to understand how people use the site so we can improve it:
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure visits and how pages are used.
  • Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and clicks on our WhatsApp and call links, without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement). We set Clarity to mask what you type into form fields, so it is never recorded.
• Advertising measurement to know which of our ads bring enquiries:
  • Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) record that a visit came from one of our ads and whether an enquiry, a WhatsApp tap or a call followed. We do not send them your name, phone number or the content of your enquiry.

Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you decline, Google receives only cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode), and Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel do not load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics and advertising cookies.

Children

Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must contact us and give consent for you.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to authorities' and other organisations' websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
