Good Standing Certificate for Belgium (FPS Health Visa)
Belgium's visa for a nurse with a non-EU diploma needs a certificate showing that no authority has restricted your practice, from every country where you practised. For India, that is your state council. We get it from your council, follow it up and keep you updated on WhatsApp.

What Belgium asks for
In Flanders, a nurse with a diploma from outside the European Economic Area goes through three steps: diploma equivalence from NARIC, a visa from the Federal Public Service (FPS) Health, then recognition by the Departement Zorg. Doctors, dentists, midwives and pharmacists follow the same order.
For the visa, Belgian law (Article 145 of the law on the health professions) asks you to attach a certificate, or failing that other proof, showing that at the time of your application no authority has restricted or banned your practice, fully or partly, even temporarily. It must come from the authorities of every country where you practised.
For an Indian nurse, the certificate comes from your state council. If you also worked in the Gulf or elsewhere, that authority's certificate is needed too.
Good to know

Every country where you practised

NARIC comes first
