No. The Abu Dhabi exam (HAAD, now DOH) and the Oman exam are Pearson VUE exams. The others are booked through Prometric. For a Pearson VUE exam we help you create the account so that your details match your passport.

For the Prometric exams (DHA, MOH, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain), the Prometric centre in Trivandrum: Prometric Testing Pvt Ltd, 7th Floor, K.E.K Tower, Thiruvananthapuram 695010. The Saudi exam, for example, is held there. For the Pearson VUE exams (HAAD and Oman), the Pearson VUE centre in Kochi.

It depends on the authority: some show it on their own portal, some give it at the test centre. In our cases, the DHA result shows on Sheryan the next day, the Qatar result is given at the centre or by email on the day of the exam, and the Saudi result shows on Mumaris Plus within 2 days of the exam. The result is shown as pass or fail.

For the MOH and HAAD exams the exam ID has to be active before a slot can be booked. We help with the activation, and with reactivating an ID that has become inactive.

It depends on the authority. For DHA you can take the exam first or do Dataflow first. For MOH, Dataflow and the exam ID activation come before the booking. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, Dataflow comes before the exam.

Yes, before the exam. Contact the authority that issued your eligibility and the exam provider straight away, before the exam date. Check your first and last names, passport number, date of birth and eligibility details against your passport, and send a passport copy for the correction. If the eligibility is already issued, the authority may need to amend or reissue it: the exam provider usually cannot change the record by itself. Do not sit the exam until the correction is confirmed, or you may be refused entry and lose the fee. We help you with each step.

Yes. Once an exam is booked, missing it without rescheduling counts as one attempt. If you cannot attend, tell us early and we reschedule it before the deadline. After the last failed attempt, the options in our cases are to change the authority or to wait 2 years.

Yes. The coaching is a 45-day online programme with recorded classes and 3 to 4 live sessions a week. The coaching and the booking are handled by the same team.

For the booking we need your passport copy. If your exam registration is not done yet, we also need: educational certificates and transcripts; professional licence or registration certificate; good Standing Certificate, recently issued; passport-size photo; experience certificate; internship certificate.

Yes, from the slots that are open when the booking is made. Tell us the dates and the city that suit you and we tell you what is available.

Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we help you send the reschedule request. The exam provider sets the conditions for a change of date.
