  5. Step 5: Readiness review, then the exam booking

What is the Qatar Prometric exam?

It is the licensing exam for health professionals who want to work in Qatar, conducted by Prometric for the health authority of Qatar. Doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals each take the exam for their own profession.

Which professions do you coach for the Qatar exam?

Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and dentists. In allied health: anaesthesia technicians, dietitians and nutritionists, physiotherapists and radiographers. We also coach Ayurveda doctors (BAMS). Tell us your category if it is not on the list.

What does the Qatar coaching cover?

The subjects for your own profession. For doctors: key medical subjects and clinical topics, medical ethics, and the exam pattern and question types. For nurses: nursing fundamentals, clinical procedures and patient care, and nursing ethics and professional standards. For dentists: clinical dentistry, dental materials and patient management.

Can a GNM nurse take the Qatar exam as a registered nurse?

Yes. Qatar has a Registered General Nurse title that GNM nurses can choose. DHP accepts a three-year diploma after 12 years of school, with two years of clinical experience after registration. In our cases, both diploma and BSc nurses apply under this title.

When do I get the Qatar exam result?

In our cases, you get it at the test centre after the exam, or by email the same day.

Do you help with the Qatar exam booking?

Yes. We check your exam category before the booking, help you book your Prometric slot, and help you reschedule if your date has to change.

Which documents do I need for the exam registration?

A passport copy, your educational certificates and transcripts, your professional licence or registration certificate, a recently issued Good Standing Certificate, a passport-size photo, your experience certificate and your internship certificate. Your exact list is confirmed after your enquiry.

Do I need a Good Standing Certificate for the Qatar exam registration?

Yes. The registration list asks for a recently issued Good Standing Certificate from the council or authority that licensed you. We help you get it.

What comes after the Qatar exam?

Dataflow verification, where your degree, licence and experience are verified at their source. Several authorities also ask for a Good Standing Certificate and attested documents. Trueway can help with all three.

How long is the Qatar coaching?

The programme runs for 45 days, about six weeks. It has recorded video classes you can watch at any time, 3 to 4 live sessions a week with a tutor on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, topic-wise activities, mock tests and more than 1,500 practice questions.

Is the coaching online or in class?

Online. The recorded classes and the course material are in the Trueway app, and the live sessions run on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, so you can study from anywhere in India or the Gulf. Classroom batches at our branches have not started yet.

Is there a crash course?

Yes, for nurses. A crash course is offered next to the regular 45-day programme. Ask the team for the dates of the next one and what it covers.

What does the Qatar coaching cost?

Can coaching promise that I pass the exam?
