Who needs MOH Dataflow?

Health professionals who apply for an MOH licence and whose qualifications have not been through Primary Source Verification before.

How it works

Who does what, from your first message to the report.

  1. Step 1: Tell us your profession

    And send clear scans of the documents on your MOH list.

  2. Step 2: We check every document

    Trueway

    Names, dates and spellings are checked against your passport. If your name changed after marriage, your marriage certificate goes in with the documents. Any other change of name needs a name change certificate, uploaded to the portal.

  3. Step 3: We prepare the application with you

    Trueway

    Registration, document upload and payment are done on the DataFlow portal. You review every detail before it is submitted.

  4. Step 4: DataFlow verifies each document at its source

    Authority

    Trueway does not control this step. We follow the case status and tell you when the verifier asks for something.

  5. Step 5: Report, then exam ID and Prometric booking

    Trueway

    After the Dataflow report come the exam ID activation and the Prometric exam booking. We tell you which step is next for your case.

If you already have a Dataflow case

The services people ask for after the first application.

  • Add-on

    Add a document to a Dataflow case you already have: a renewed registration, a Good Standing Certificate, a new experience certificate or an educational document. You need the document and your passport copy. It usually takes about 35 working days.

  • Conversion

    Use your existing Dataflow report for another health authority in the GCC. You need the report and your passport copy. The transfer service is chosen with your previous case number, and you sign a new Letter of Authorization if DataFlow asks for one. In our cases a simple transfer takes 48 to 72 hours, or several weeks if more verification is needed.

  • Dataflow Express

    A faster option for every authority: usually about 15 working days, with the same documents. DataFlow charges a separate fee for Express. It must be chosen when you start: a case cannot be moved to Express once it has begun. It can still be delayed if a university, council or employer is slow to answer.

  • UTV or negative report

    UTV means Unable To Verify: usually an employer or institution did not answer, or a supporting document was not enough. We ask for re-verification or appeal for that document. It usually takes about a month. An appeal turns positive only if the institution that issued the document gives a proper positive answer.

    We download your Dataflow report from the health authority's portal and send it to you.

  • Eligibility

    After the report, we apply for your eligibility with the authority. To renew it later, we add an updated Good Standing Certificate and experience certificate.

    The usual time for a new application. It depends on how fast your university, council and employers answer the verifier.

  • Licence application comes first

    For MOH you complete the licence application on the MOH website first. Your form is then sent to the DataFlow Group for verification, and the exam steps come after the report.

  • One verification for each document

    Each document needs to be verified only once. If you gain a new qualification later, such as a new degree, you may need to go through the verification again for it.

Which documents are needed for MOH Dataflow?

How long does MOH Dataflow take?

Usually 30 to 35 working days for a new application, counted from payment and a complete set of documents. It depends on how fast your university, council and employers answer the verifier. We tell you the expected time for your case before you start.

What is MOH Dataflow?

It is the process through which the MOH checks your credentials with the institution that issued them, for example that a degree is genuine. The MOH does this through the DataFlow Group.

Why is Primary Source Verification (PSV) important for MOH?

It helps the health sector to find fake certificates, so the MOH can be sure that health professionals are qualified. Everyone who applies for a first licence goes through it, and so does anyone who renews a licence and whose qualifications have not been verified before. Each document is verified only once.

How do I start MOH Dataflow?

First complete the licence application on the MOH website. Your form is then sent to the DataFlow Group for Primary Source Verification. The DataFlow Group emails you a payment link and the instructions for applying.

What is the difference between the MOH and DHA process?

For MOH, the licence application, also called credentialing, is the first step. Dataflow follows it, then the exam ID activation and the Prometric exam booking.

Where do I find my Dataflow reference number?

It is in the confirmation email sent to your registered email address. If you paid in cash, it is also on the payment receipt from the DataFlow Group. You can see it in your online application form and in your PSV report as well. If you have lost it, it can be found again through the email ID that was used for the application.

The DataFlow payment page does not work. What do I do?

If 'Make Payment' is missing, the payment shows as pending, or the reference number is rejected: log out and back in, refresh your application, and check that every required field and document is complete. If a payment is pending, check your bank or card statement before you pay again, so you are not charged twice. If the reference number is rejected, check that you typed the right DataFlow case or application number with no extra spaces, on the right authority's portal. If it still fails, contact the DataFlow support centre with your case number, a screenshot of the error, the payment date and the transaction reference. Never share your full card details or OTP with anyone.

My passport number changed, or it is wrong in my application. How is it corrected?

Correct the passport details and upload the updated passport in the DataFlow portal.

How do I get my MOH Dataflow report?

Log in with your Dataflow case reference number, which was sent to your registered email address, and your passport number. You see the status of your case and can download the finished report, if your licensing authority allows it.

How much experience do I need for MOH Dataflow?

Usually at least two years. We confirm the rule for your profession when you enquire.

How do I check the status of my Dataflow?

On the health authority's portal. We give you the login details, follow the case ourselves and tell you on WhatsApp when the verifier asks for something.

What does MOH Dataflow cost?
